Do I loose OpenTransport network services when the system goes to sleep?

Depends on a number of things, including the OT version, how deep the machine sleeps, and whether wake-on-LAN is enabled.

My application works fine before going to sleep. When system goes to sleep
and wakes up I get -3155 error with subsequent OT calls. If I restart the
system, it starts working fine.

Did you get the kOTProviderWillClose/kOTProviderIsClosed message in your notifiers. If so, then OT has closed your endpoint and you have to react appropriate. TN 1145 tells you howe.
