How often should I call URLIdle? There is a thread on Carbon-Dev which
suggests calling URLIdle every 100ms. I tried that but I find FTP
transfers over the LAN are *very* much faster if I call URLIdle every
10ms. Could it be that URLAccess uses a fixed size buffer, irrespective
of bandwidth?
