This has one major disadvantage: I have to run OE to run the script. That
means the user will see an app launch (hopefully in the background) and
wonder what is going on while the script runs. It seems to me that poking
into the OE settings files might provide a better user experience.

There also is the issue of suppressing the New Account wizard, which I
think can best be handled by making certain OE always has settings files
(as was described previously).

If Internet config supports only a single account, how does the Internet
control panel support multiple data sets? I always assumed the Internet
control Panel was an interface to IC.
