Oh, I don't mean to imply it is not an OS issue. I just wanted to remind
the OS developers on this list that relying on an installer program to
reliably create a suitable environment is problematic. It is better
practice to have the individual pieces of software ensure they have the
operational environment they need and fix an unfit environment if they can.
The same holds true for application software.
