Hi Marc,
Actually Server is in OS X classic environment not client(It should not make
any difference).
Sorry for using client instead of Server.
I will try it in OS 10.2.3 and let you know.
I have 1 more doubt.
We have written a code which resolve the alias (part of code) which was
created by mounting the volume.
But if the Apple Talk is disabled can we resolve the alias by creating alias
over TCP/IP (if it is through program it will nice). Mounting by providing
TCP/IP didnt work.
Thanx for ur earlier response.

Mahesh,
Is your application running in the Classic environment in Mac OS X?
Are you using PBVolumeMount to mount an AppleShare volume? If so, I've
heard that this bug should be fixed in Mac OS X 10.2.3.
