No... All of those operating systems do include a Streams implementation
based on Mentat Portable Streams, as does OT, but the Streams implementation
is irrelevant to the topic of IP-based denial of service attacks.

I believe that the claim that Macs are more prone to DoS attacks than Windows
boxes is way too vague to try to prove wrong, but, for what it's worth, I
believe that the claim is incorrect.
