in chapter 3 of OTACP (this document is exhaustive), and none of them

btw Do you need this to work on Mac OS X's OT compatibility shim, or
just real OT? If the former, I wouldn't even bother opening a TSI.
All the backdoor ideas that I'm thinking of wouldn't be compatible
with Mac OS X.
