You might do this using an address scan tool similar to
IPNetMonitorX available from www.sustworks.com

Assuming the servers are on your LAN, you would scan the local
IP subnet trying to connect to the corresponding port at each
address.

If the servers can be anywhere, you'll need to implement
some form of centralized registry where each server checks
in when it's available.

Hi All

I've to develop a client/server program using TCP/IP,
in which a client can see the list of all server listening at a particular port.

Now the problem is How to find that list. I've got a sample program OTLookupNameTest using the API OTLookupName, given at www.apple.com
but it gives the names of machines. I've not found any method to extract IP address of those machines. However I can get DDPAddress of those machines

Can any body tell me how to find the IP or some other method to get the list.

Thanks
Kamal
