I did exactly the same thing; assuming that you're setting up Internet
Config to do post-processing on the .wan files you receive from the ISP,
and blah, blah, blah.
Mine works, which means it's definately possible to do it.
My code was not written for Mac OS 9, but written from scratch for Mac OS X.
Try making sure that every entry that you add for the Internet Config is
correct.
(The MIME type is *very* important! "application/x-wanadoo-internet" I
would expect. ;))
