So if someone does edit /etc/resolve.conf and kicks lookupd, it will read
the new configuration? If configd decides another configuration should be
active, it might update /etc/resolve.conf with the new settings blowing away
anything that a user or VPN may have manually entered in /etc/resolve.conf?
