From what I can see, all we have to do is do a search or a service lookup of
a url and if does not exist, just register a url.
I just have to clarify a few things. I will appreciate a response on this
matter.
I have a the following questions
1) Can we just register any URL, for example a URL that , does not contain
any web server info, such as http, ftp, but only a serial number?
2) If we want to handle multiple user license with the same serial number,
can I register the same url again. Instead of giving 10 serial numbers, we
just give out one and register 10 urls with the same serial number?
