Yes I've found out (partly) how to do this, with a few workarounds it
might work.

Uhm, PowerMail, an *excellent* mail program uses Internet Config, and
allows you to have multiple accounts as well.
I never had a better mail application, and will keep using PowerMail for
my personal use. :)
Netscape allows you to use Internet Config as well, but not by default, *bug*.
It *is* sick that we need 8 different SCSI interfaces, but isn't it more
sick that we need one more programming interface per application, when
all we need is a single one ?
