Getting a list of OT Endpoints

I am trying to figure out how to retrieve a list of endpoints for all
processes from client space. This is basically to do some stream monitoring
from an application. I'd need to know what type of endpoint it is (tcp,
udp, adsp, atp, etc.), port number, state (bound, listening, connected,
etc.) I know this is possible (MacTCP Watcher does it), but nothing jumped
out at my by skimming the OT documentation. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.
