Cool...that gets me the information I need,
Now, some questions about that:
1) Is the service numbering consistent across OS installations? For
example, on mine Service 10 corresponds to en0, 11 to en1. Is that always
that way?
2) Is there a way to direct the output of d.show to an output file?
I'm trying to set up an AppleScript that bounces a DHCP connection via
ifconfig to do a renew/release on any interface using DHCP. I can get the
inet state of an interface easily enough, but I need to make sure it's DHCP
before I do the bounce.
