Thank you for your reply Quinn. Unfortunately I have been working on some
other issues and have only just got back to this one. How do I hardwire the
default neighbourhood? I have registered a new neighbourhood and then
dropped services in it. The problem is that I cannot see the new services on
any 10.2 system however they all appear okay on older systems.
