I've just finished an update to DTS Technote 1145 "Living in a Dynamic TCP/IP Environment".

This version of the technote covers dynamic TCP/IP issues on both traditional Mac OS and Mac OS X. I recommend you read it if you're using our low-level TCP/IP APIs (Open Transport and BSD sockets).
