recvfrom sockaddr?

I'm working with a raw ethernet socket calling, recvfrom. The sockaddr
parameter appears to be filled in but I cant quite workout what the data
is. (I'm not even sure it matters. )

Here is what the raw hex bytes (and ascii) of the sa_data part of the
sockaddr looks like after calling recvfrom. sa_len == 20 and sa_family ==
27 (AF_NDRV).
