Timeout value for URL Access?

Hi,

(I realize now that I posted this to the Carbon list instead of this one, where it belongs. Sorry for the cross-post.)

Can I specify a timeout value for URL access (specifically for uploads)? Right now I get hung up on some ftp servers during a transfer, and URL Access never quits (and I never get control back to my app).
