Mac OS X definitely does not support this at the user level. Whether you can make it happen via various magic command lines options is another matter. Not really my field, alas.

From a market perspective, there's been little push for this in recent years. The vast bulk of folks who need more bandwidth than modem now opt for DSL or cable. In fact, I'd rather see us deploy better support for PPPoA than multi-link PPP.
