Sending to multiple End Points

Hi,
I was wondering if there was a way to group a bunch of tcp/ip connected
endpoints, so I could a single OTSnd call ???. As I'm doing a n OTSnd per
Endpoint, which seems an overkill. As I guess there's any overhead for each
call before getting to the network stack.

Is there a more efficient way of doing this ???. I know that I could UDP
broadcast/multicast, but I need to know the data got there.

Any Ideas
Mark.
