This version is automatically generated by the latest tech pubs
systems, but it seems to be missing some content vis-a-vis the
original "Inside Macintosh: Networking with Open Transport" (Revised
for version 1.3, November 1997), which is the reference I use. That
book is still available as part of the OT 2.6 SDK, which you can
download from the SDK page.

I've filed a bug <rdar://problem/3325715> to request that someone in
tech pubs investigate why the new book is a subset of the old one.
