Hello,

I am trying to locate the cookies deposited by a web browser and be able to read them programmatically.
Is there such a mechanism already implemented?

No.

And if not, where exactly are they cookies located?

In the Finder, use the command short cut: Command + F

And look for files containing the word 'Cookies'.

For Internet Explorer cookies, the fact is that the cookies are stored in Internet Config.
