This displays the active settings from the SC dynamic store. Do the
same on your machine and see whether the settings are correctly
recorded in the store. If they are, the problem is at a higher
level. If they're not correct in the dynamic store, it's likely that
the higher levels are working fine and the problem relates to how
they're placed in the store.
