Using OTSnd with its closed down

Hi,
has any one notice that using OTSnd on MacOS-X, seems to corrupt the
malloc pools, if the Endpoint which you as using has receive an T_ORDREL in
its notifier, as I found this happening, but it I make sure that the closing
down endpoint isn't used all is OK.

Is this a known issue, or was an issue ???.

I am also finding out that because of the asynchronous nature of the OT
notifiers that trying to pick up that a Endpoint has died, and using the
Endpoint in another notifier proc, that I must use OTEndpointState to make
sure that this endpoint is safe to use, which seems quite an overhead for
each OTSnd, is there a better way

Thanks
Mark.
