Getting the Modem Script Path

Hi,
Does anyone know about how you get the directory path for the modem's
scripts directory. As under 9.x :-

err = FindFolder(kOnSystemDisk, kModemScriptsFolderType, true,
&modemScript.vRefNum, &modemScript.parID);

Works fine, but under X, I get back -43 (file not found), but in the
system preference's there are modem scripts.

Any Ideas
Mark.
