I just reviewed Apple's available mail lists:

The "macintosh-manager" list looks like the best candidate for your questions:

TunnelBuilder will not run on Mac OS X. You should explore other Mac OS X
VPN options such as DigiTunnel <http://www.gracion.com/vpn/OpenDoor.html>
or the built-in PPTP.

Furthermore, TunnelBuilder will not work with WatchGuard because TB does
not support MS Chap v2. See the TunnelBuilder FAQ for more information:
