OK, it's not quite fixed. My MacOS X version is behaving very randomly.
When I first boot into MacOS X, it definitely does not work. Sometimes
it works after that. But once it starts working, it doesn't stop
working.
As for MacOS 9, creating new OTConfigurationRefs for each new endpoint
worked fine.
