MAC address spoofing over airport

I'm currently working on a project that requires me to spoof the MAC address of outgoing packets from my machine to match that of a different device (see http://postpose.com/aquaduct/two/). I am able to do this without too much difficulty on a hardline, but I've been told it's impossible to do over a wireless airport connection. Before giving up, I thought I'd ask you guys: Is it possible? The packets I am injecting into the network need to be *exactly* as I specify, no changes whatsoever.
