I'd be a little more worried about this, especially in a
security-related code. Can you set a breakpoint in
MoreSecExecuteRequestInHelperTool on the line:
if (fdChild != -1) {
[This is after the fork/exec, so the debugger should work sensibly.]
Then step through the code and see where the error comes from.
