Carbon OTVirtualServer?

Is there an updated Carbon version of the source for Apple's example
client/server demo, OTVirtualServer, available anywhere?  I'm looking for a
quick and easy way to upgrade an application that relied on old (but quite
practical) AppleTalk networking to anything that will work in Carbon.
CodeWarrior preferred but at this stage, I'll try to make anything work.
