You have two options for support.
1. mailing lists -- A mailing list such as this has the advantage
that it's free (-: The disadvantage in that it relies on various
folks, both Apple and non-Apple, having the free time and the
motivation to help you out.
2. DTS -- You can pay for support from Developer Technical Support.
This costs money, but it guarantees that a qualified engineer will
look at your problem.

Unfortunately, it seems that option 1 isn't working out for you for
this project. I recommend that you pursue option 2.
