Retreiving SOCKS user+password

I'm using SystemConfiguration to retrieve the SOCKS server information
entered into the Network control panel, however, I can't find any keys
that will let me access the user name and password that the user has
entered.
Is there a method to retrieve these settings, and if so, what is it?
