Mail Settings

Hi,
  Does anybody know how you would go about adding in a new mailbox settings
into Mail.app, Is there anything for this as I remember seeing IC had
something but only showed one mailbox details, but its seems Mail.app can
have many mail accounts. (Would be interested if there's also a way for
OutLook and Entourage also)
