  One problem is that the case of parameter names is changed from what the
user provides to title-case, rdar://4096508. Not a problem for most servers,
because parameter names are case-insensitive per standard... But for buggy
servers that don't check parameter names correctly, you are left with no
workaround (AFAIK).
