system socket library?

I would like to say that the previous post I made "Sending data with CFSocket" should be ignored. After reading over a faq I found I'm 99% positive the sending error is because I failed to convert some of the address struct members to network byte order.

I tried to make a test project in CW that could make the calls to convert to network byte order and found that I don't know where the library is that contains the functions in the headers listed below. Does anyone know where these can be found? Thanks for your help.
