I am using URLAccess on mac OS X 10.2.8. The URLDownLoad function works fine with http for the same server but when the url starts with https it returns -1(return err code) and GetURLState gives 7 ( kURLErrorOccurredState ).
Any solutions.

If you install the SDK for 10.2.8 (optional install when you install
the dev tools) you'll get the Webkit headers as part of
that.
