Airport Dialog & bundles

If you use either Internet Connect.app or the Airport Menu Extra when you select an Aiport Network you're not connected to, a dialog appears in case the authentication information are not in the Keychain.

A quick investigation leads to the ClientController, and ClientDialog bundles in the Airport private frameworks.

While it could be possible to find how this stuff is working since it's class-dumpable, I was wondering whether it could not just be possible to invoke these APIs in a more friendly way.

Would there be some public AppleEvents available to request to connect to an Airport Network with a specific name?
