AirPort Firmware 5.6 potential problem?

  • Subject: AirPort Firmware 5.6 potential problem?

I've recently (23/08/2005) upgraded the firmware of 2 of our AEBS
to version 5.6.

Yesterday (05/09/2005) they both stopped running.
Our network supervisor software (Nagios) detected their unreachibility
through Ethernet.
I checked their reachibility through 802.11b and they both gave
me an error message:

There was an error joining the AirPort network "Hertz".

The central LED was white, the right one was blinking normally.
But they are unusable: crashed!

Is there any tool to analyze this crash (on the AEBS itself)?
Should they syslog any warning message before crashing?

On the other hand, is there any tool to analyze what kind of external
event which may have caused this crash?
