Yep, you can use nmap. DarwinPorts offers an easy way to get it.
Go to URL http://darwinports.opendarwin.org/
You can click on Available Ports to see a list or search. Darwin Ports is an easy way to get open source code on your mac.

You can also lookup nmapfe. Not sure if this is just the Front End Aqua interface to nmap or includes nmap as well.

I want to port scan. Does anyone know where there is code for this.... something like what the network utility does?

Thanks!
