  Thanks for the clarification on "Default Host" vs "DMZ". Its almost what's
not being used sent to "default host", but I think the problem is with
inbound UDP flow's, which probably the reason no voice traffic is received.

  This is not an option as I need the AEBS as it's the wireless base as well
I have other machines/devices attached to the Home LAN,. My house is uses
both AEBS & AE, I use a cable modem for my internet connection.

  The clients SIP service doesn't offer any STUN server support, from my
investigation unfortunately.

  Any idea what should be Ported forwarded but what doesn't help is Airport
Admin tool ability to forward ports and I believe there is limit on the
number of Ports which can be forwarded for the AEBS as well.
