Hi,
I am implementing a https server using the SecureTransport functions.
My development server application currently uses a self signed
certificate. When connecting with Firefox or Safari, I don't have any
problems with my server. But using curl or OmniWeb something strange
is happening. I takes about a minute for the call to SSLHandshake to
complete and during this time my dual processor machine reports
almost 200% CPU time is taken by my server app.
Does anybody know where this is coming from and why these client
applications induce a different behavior in my server?
Cheers
Frank
