dial-in. slightly OT

This is slightly off-topic for macnetworkprog, but I figured that a
lot of readers of this list might know the answer.

I would like to set up my gateway machine (a bondi blue imac) so that I can

a) accept faxes
b) accept dial-in connections
c) accept voice calls

b) is the one that is giving me most trouble. I'm kind of assuming
this is possible, but am not really sure where to start.

I can ssh in over my adsl line, but I'm looking for an out-of-band
solution for when my adsl goes down.

If I have to lose c) in order to get a) and/or b), that's not
necessarily a major problem.

Can anyone point me in the right direction for how to set things up to
accept dial-in connections.

   cheers,
       Martin
