Hey,

I have absolutely no idea what might cause this. I'd suggest you run
a Shark "System >Trace" sample; this will show you what the CPU is
doing during that delay. Chapter 6 >of the Shark documentation
(accessible via the Shark Help menu item on the Help >menu) describes
this option in great detail.

I ran Shark on a computer on which there is no problem and on a
computer on which there are problems. I don't really see big
differences between the 2 outputs.


By any chance, for loopback testing are the computers connected to a switch
or are some standalone computers?

The computers are totally standalone. No Wifi nor Ethernet connexion, no cable ... so It's not a nertwork problem.
