Getting list of interfaces and IP addresses for each

Hi,

I was wondering if there is a simple way programmatically to get a
list of interfaces and their MAC addresses, subnet addresses, ip
addresses, (gateway / router ip)? I have tried MoreSCF example code
and on 10.2, and 10.4 it is not returning this information at all. All
it is returning is what config mode the interface is on (DHCP / Manual
/ None / etc.).

This must work back to 10.2 so some of the new API stuff is not reasonable.
Anyone know how I should approach this?
