  • Thread-topic: Why the certificate can not be trusted?

Hi, All:

I write a application to post data to site. Now I want post to https://epayment.arcsoft.com, but it always return error -9813.

So I try open https://epayment.arcsoft.com from Safari 3.1.2. Safari warn me that “This certificate was signed by an unknown authority”.

But it is impossible! This certificate was signed by VeriSign Class 3 Secure Server CA, and VerSign Class 3 public primary Certification Authority- G3 is in X509Archors.

Who can tell me the reason? What kind of certificate is trusted?

         Thanks!

                                     Peng Jian
