I know change the global system proxy configuration is not a good way.

So, in the future, if I could have my own proxy configuration and set

Could you give me some suggestions ?

I'm having a hard time parsing this text. My best guess is that you're writing a WebKit-based browser application and you want to override the proxy settings for your application only. If that's correct, my advice is:

o It may be possible. Certainly you can do this at the CFHTTPStream level, which underlies WebKit.

o I don't think we have any WebKit experts on this mailing list. You might want to ask your question the WebKit development list.

If I've misread your question, please feel free to let me know. And if you could reply to the list as a whole rather than directly to me, that would be cool.
