I can't be 100% sure, but this looks suspiciously like an framework bug. I'm am certain, however, that someone on the CF engineering team should look at these crash reports in detail. Please write up your experiences as a bug report.

Oh, btw, does your program run on 10.4.x and, if so, do you see a similar problem there?
