No. This framework is private and there is currently no mechanism (either NDA'd or not) to get any help from Apple with it.

Regardless of what you do on current systems, I strongly recommend that you get access to Snow Leopard seeds and look therein for new developments in this space. While I can't go into details on a public forum, I can say that things are changing and it would be good for folks who are currently using Apple80211 prepare for that change.
