How to set DNS when dialup using SCNetworkConnectionStart?

    I want to set DNS serviceaddress when dialup? how I can do that. 
I try to use kSCEntNetDNS  dictionary to fill the useroption pass by SCNetworkConnectionStart
but It's no effect. who guys have these experience on that. and Any hints are welcome.
