It certainly looks that way. Certainly, WebServicesCore does create and install a CFRunLoopTimer to manage some timeout stuff. Looking at the code, it seems like it does a reasonably good job of cleaning it up. Perhaps there's some edge case where that's not happening.


Please create a cut down test program that demonstrates this problem and then file a bug about it.
